The monthly management fee covers our ongoing technology services — fiber procurement support, vendor management, 24/7 support, and platform maintenance. Both are outlined in a multi-year contract with no surprises.

What Affects the Price?
- Number of units: The platform fee scales with property size, but the per-unit cost decreases as you add units.
- Scope of services: Fiber procurement + platform is less than full deployment with cameras, Wi-Fi, smart home, and TV.
- Contract length: Longer contracts (3-5 years) get better rates than shorter ones (1-2 years).
- Property type: Student housing, luxury condos, and mixed-use developments have different infrastructure needs.
- Existing infrastructure: If you already have fiber or some technology in place, we work with what you have rather than starting from scratch.
Why Not Just Do It Ourselves?
You can.
