How Connectivity Infrastructure Works

When you buy fiber directly from a carrier, you pay retail. When you go through a middleman or broker, you pay retail plus their markup. Neither option gives you the best price.

  • Dark fiber: Unlit fiber strands that you can light with your own equipment. Maximum control, maximum bandwidth, maximum flexibility.
  • Lit fiber: Active fiber services from carriers — managed wavelengths, dedicated internet access, Ethernet transport. We negotiate the best rates on the market.
  • Interconnections: Cross-connects between carriers, data centers, and your building. We handle the negotiations and the technical coordination.
  • Carrier diversity: We ensure your property has multiple carrier options for redundancy — not just whoever happens to have fiber in your area.
