How Our Pricing Works

Our pricing has two parts. The platform fee covers the billing and management software (MDUware/AceBill). The monthly management fee covers ongoing services: connectivity support, technology management, 24/7 support, and platform maintenance. Both are outlined in a multi-year contract with no surprises.

What Affects the Price?

• Number of units: The platform fee scales with property size, but the per-unit cost decreases as you add units.
• Scope of services: Connectivity procurement + platform is less than full deployment with cameras, Wi-Fi, smart home, and TV.
• Contract length: Longer contracts (3-5 years) get better rates than shorter ones (1-2 years).
• Property type: Student housing, premium properties, and mixed-use developments have different infrastructure needs.
• Existing infrastructure: If you already have connectivity or some technology in place, we work with what you have rather than starting from scratch.

The Cost of Doing It Yourself

You can. But doing it yourself costs staff time, higher connectivity rates, vendor management, and resident turnover when the technology fails. Most properties find that our management fee is less than what they were spending on vendor management alone, before factoring in the connectivity savings.
